exposure. All our sealer is mixed with silica sand to help fill in small
stone voids and helps to replace the wearing surface eroded by traffic wear.
Sealcoating improves “curb appeal” to the potential buyer, tenant, or
customer. Sealcoating helps to ensure the first impression is the right

therefore, we formulate Special Sealer mixes for special applications.
Depending on the pavement conditions, it‘s exposure to traffic and the
requirements needed to best meet the needs of the owner, we offer:
- Standard sealer (Fed Spec RP-355e)--traffic ready in 20-24 hours
- Special sealers that are harder; more traffic resistance, longer wearing,
more durable than standard sealer, traffic ready from 30 minutes up to 12
hours and can create a smoother wearing surface to avoid costly overlays.
