Cut and Patch Repairs
We cut out beyond the damaged area, damaged pavement is removed, sub-base is
fine graded and repaved with a bituminous paving material matching the depth
of the existing pavement.
Infrared Asphalt Heating Unit Repairs
Since 1995, we have been using our new state-of-the-art infrared unit; it
creates One and Half Million BTU’s of heat. Heating up the existing pavement
2-3 inches deep, it allows for the removal of pavement so new bituminous
paving material can be installed. There is no saw cut joint for water
penetration. It is also used for repairing small water-ponding areas, it is
faster, cleaner and less expensive than the cut and patch method.
Cold Patching
Normally used during the winter when customer safety is a major concern and
a fast remedy is needed. We use a special patching material exclusively and
it is guaranteed to out last the surrounding pavement.
